The Real Housewives of Rhode Islandstar Kelsey Swanson lives a lavish lifestyle.
PEOPLE has an exclusive look at episode 2 of Bravo's newest franchise, where Kelsey shows off her enormous home and the perks that come with it.
"Six months out of the year, my boyfriend is in Miami, so I have this 16,000 square foot home all to myself," Kelsey explains as she prepares to have costar Alicia Carmody over for drinks. "At our house, there's a full live-in cleaning lady literally there, living with us, at our beck and call."
"Dishes, laundry," she continues. "I'm not meant for that life."
When Alicia arrives with some wine and cheese, Kelsey explains her friend's standing in Rhode Island society.
"If you are from Rhode Island, born and bred, you are a different person, and you're a breed," Kelsey notes. "Alicia —soRhode Island."
Proving that to be true, Alicia reveals that this wasn't her first time at Kelsey's mansion, going on to share a wild memory from a decade prior.
"I came here before, a long time ago, 10 years ago," Alicia says. "We had a Fourth of July party, and my best friend Crystal left me on the side of the road. I had to walk to a Dunkin' Donuts because my phone died."

"I almost died. Swear to God," she tells a shocked Kelsey before joking, "Well, I didn't almost die."
RHORImade its debut on Thursday, April 2, offering a look into the extravagant lives of the cast, which also includes Rosie DiMare, Ashley Iaconetti, Liz McGraw, Rulla Nehme Pontarelli and Jo-Ellen Tiberi — along with friend Dolores Catania ofThe Real Housewives of New Jersey.
In the season premiere, Kelsey opened up about her "unorthodox" relationship with her boyfriend of 10 years, who lives in Miami half the year and dates other women. According to her official bio, however, she has found herself at a "crossroads" where she "must decide between the comfort of her gilded arrangement and a future on her own terms."
Alicia, on the other hand, is a mom and businesswoman "kick-starting her boss-babe era, pushing her way into her fiancé Billy's popular restaurant, Pizza Mamma."
"A proud self-described 'flip-flopper,' Alicia might call you a 'whor-ah' one minute and pull you into a hug the next," her bio reads. "When Alicia opens the vault on her past, she is faced with navigating long-standing relationships and personal growth that leaves one lifelong friend completely blindsided."
